PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a novel photosensitive polymeric compound which efficiently reacts (cures) by the irradiation with active energy rays, and to provide a liquid containing the composition, and a gel-forming method using the liquid. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a polymeric compound A having a plurality of side chains a in which themselves radicals exhibiting addition reactivity with a polymerizable group are generated by irradiation with active energy rays, and a polymeric compound B having a plurality of side chains b having a polymerizable group.
