<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide system and/or method for detecting a large number of analytical objects in fluid sample via flow cytometry analysis, and for analyzing data and displaying them in real time. <P>SOLUTION: This multiple analyte diagnostic system, used in combination with a computer 900. Its flow analyzer 25, includes a substantially coplanar optical assembly, comprising at least one light source and at least one optical detector, which can communicate with the computer. The system is equipped with a memory medium which can be read out with a computer and stores instructions from the computer. These instructions include both processing of a certain biological sample, using the flow analyzer and determination of presence/quantity of at least one analytical object of interest in the biological sample practically at the same time as with the processing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
