A transferring apparatus of a printed circuit board and the printed circuit board are provided to prevent the damage of a circuit printed on a substrate by supporting only edges of the substrate with an up and down transfer belt having transfer protrusions corresponding to a guide hole. A driving motor(10) generates a rotational driving force. An up-and-down driving pulley(20) is coupled to an output shaft of the driving motor to be rotated. The up-and-down driving pulley is vertically installed. An up-and-down secondary pulley(30) is rotatably installed to be separated from an output shaft of the driving motor. The up-and-down secondary pulley is vertically installed at an interval corresponding to the driving pulley. A first support roller is rotatably installed at a side of the up-and-down driving pulley. A second support roller(60) is rotatably installed at a side of the up-and-down secondary pulley. An up-and-down transfer belt(40) is coupled to the driving pulley and the secondary pulley to be rotated. Transfer protrusions(41) are formed on the transfer belt at every regular interval. A fixing belt(70) is coupled to the first and second support rollers to be rotated. The fixing belt supports up-and-down edges of the substrate. A guide groove(71) is formed on the fixing belt. The transfer protrusions of the transfer belt passing through a guide hole(101) of the substrate are coupled to the guide groove.
