PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent vacuum cleaner solving a problem that when using a vacuum cleaner for cleaning houses, hospital rooms, classrooms of school and the like, the operation sound is too loud. SOLUTION: A dust collecting rod made of a material with charging property such as ebonite and vinyl chloride is electrified by warming tourmaline ore 3 which generates static electricity by warming, by an electric heater 4, and the dust is collected by a fan 6 with small noise.
