PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide training shoes with finger crotches attaining appearance giving no uncomfortable feeling like wearing field sneakers while sufficiently obtaining advantage of having the finger crotch. SOLUTION: In the training shoes 1 with the finger crotches including an instep cover 12 and a shoe sole 13 having divisions divided into a first finger portion 123 and a four finger portion 122 respectively and forming the finger crotch 11 by hanging the instep cover 12 from the shoe sole 13, the division 121 of the instep cover 12 is covered by a front cover 14, and the division 121 can not be viewed in appearance.
