PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside cover delaying dryness of soil in a planting pot, preventing deterioration of a raising environment of planted objects, and preventing withering and root rot of planted objects. SOLUTION: This plastic outside cover 2 with a recessed cross section is formed a little larger than a plastic planting pot 1 so as to charge the planting pot 1 from the upper side. Many vent holes 5 are punched each on the peripheral wall 3 and the bottom wall 4 of the outside cover 2, and many spacer projections 9 which hold intervals between the inner surface of the peripheral wall 3 and the bottom wall 4 of the outside cover 2, and the outside surface of the peripheral wall 6 and the bottom wall 7 of the planting pot 1 to set vent chambers 8 are projectedly arranged on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 3 and the bottom wall 4 of the outside cover 2.
