METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING SLEEP, ITS OPERATION PROGRAM, PULSE OXYMETER, AND SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING SLEEP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly obtain a causal relation between the body position of a subject and a sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) as data in the screening of the SAS.

SOLUTION: A sleep evaluating system S comprises a pulse oxymeter 2 and a PC 3. The pulse oxymeter 2 comprises: a probe 21 for acquiring measurement data concerning a blood oxygen saturation ratio from the measurement finger F of the subject; a triaxial acceleration sensor 22 for acquiring measurement data concerning the inclination angle of a body in the subject; and a storage part for storing the measurement data measured by the probe 21 and the triaxial acceleration sensor 22. The PC 3 comprises a processing function of acquiring the measurement data stored in the storage part and analyzing relation between the change of the blood oxygen saturation ratio and the inclination angle of the body in the subject.
