Disclosed is a voltage measurement device. The voltage measurement device comprises: a contact unit capable of coming into contact with a cable, which transmits an alternating current voltage and outputting an induced voltage, induced by the alternating current voltage on a surface the cable; a capacitive element serially connected to the contact unit; and a control unit measuring the power of alternating current voltage by using the induced voltage outputted from the contact unit and a second voltage outputted from the capacitive element. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a voltage sensor effectively sensing an induced voltage induced from a surface of a cable.
