PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain collagen production promoters that promote production of both IV type collagen and VII type collagen, maintain amounts of IV type and VII type collagens and are effective for preventing and ameliorating wrinkles and flabbiness and a laminin 5 production promoter that is effective for preventing and ameliorating wrinkles and flabbiness.

SOLUTION: The IV type collagen production promoter comprises an extract of seed of Citrus junos with a solvent. The VII type collagen production promoter comprises an extract of seed of Citrus junos with a solvent.
