PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage manufacturing apparatus with a simple configuration capable of adjusting the temperature of liquid without increasing a cooling time.SOLUTION: A beverage manufacturing apparatus includes a liquid storage tank 700 for storing liquid, heating means 200 for heating the liquid, a tank 510 to which the liquid heated by the heating means 200 is supplied, a liquid supply path 150, one end of which is connected to the liquid storage tank 700, and the other end of which is a supply port 153 for supplying the liquid to the tank 510, an air blowing path 160 including a suction port 111 and an air outlet 163 for blowing air in the tank 510, and an air blower 250 disposed in the air blowing path 160. The air outlet 163 is provided so as to blow air to the liquid supplied at least from the supply port 153 to the tank 510 when the liquid heated by the heating means 200 is supplied to an agitation tank 510.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
