PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide/schizophyllan complex having an excellent in productivity and high immunostimulating activity, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing it.SOLUTION: The invention provides a polynucleotide/schizophyllan complex in that schizophyllan, and a polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative binding to the schizophyllan through a hydrogen bond and having a CpG sequence are contained, and a complex having a triple-helix structure consisting of one molecular chain of a polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative and two molecular chains of the schizophyllan is formed; and a pharmaceutical composition containing it.SELECTED DRAWING: None
