PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a charge/discharge schedule while preventing a discharge shortage when the device is used.SOLUTION: A control server 100 detects an event that a user leaves his/her seat with a note PC based on a schedule stored in a storage unit and determines a start time of the detected event. The control server 100 creates a charge/discharge schedule of a storage battery by solving an optimization problem on a limitation condition that the charge amount of the storage battery mounted on the note PC exceeds a predetermined amount at the determined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
