PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect perforation of a fuel tank system and efficiently perform purge for canister.SOLUTION: In the fuel tank system, vent piping 36 communicating a fuel tank 14 to a canister 34 is provided with a negative pressure on-off valve 70 that closes the valve with differential pressure between purge negative pressure acting from an engine 26 and tank internal pressure acting from the fuel tank 14, while maintaining a valve-open state with differential pressure between pump negative pressure acting from a negative pressure pump 42 and the tank internal pressure acting from the fuel tank 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
