PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that comprises a recording head whose ink flow path is in a dry state during distribution and an ink cartridge filled with ink having maximum pigment concentration of 6.0 mass% or more, which has excellent discharge recovery.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device comprises: a recording head, which has an ink flow path at least partially constituted of a resin material and discharges ink by action of thermal energy, whose ink flow path is in a dry state during distribution; and an ink cartridge filled with ink having the maximum pigment concentration of 6.0 mass% or more, which is measured for each 0.5 g, from an ink supply port after gently left at 60°C for two months. The ink contains self-dispersion pigment, water-soluble resin, a water-soluble organic solvent and water, where dissolved oxygen amounts of the ink at 25°C are 3 mg/L or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
