The present invention provides a silencer for a refrigerator having a filtering function. The silencer for a refrigerator having a filtering function comprises: a silencer body unit of which one end has an inlet where a refrigerant is introduced and the other end has an outlet where the introduced refrigerant is discharged; a gradient unit formed inside the silencer body unit and guiding the refrigerant introduced from the inlet to be tiltedly moved to the outlet; and a filtering unit fixated and installed inside the silencer body unit and filtering foreign substances contained in the refrigerant.
