The present invention relates to an in-cell touch liquid crystal display device having a pixel electrode top structure and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the in-cell touch liquid crystal display device has pixels with a pixel electrode top structure to be able to prevent the colors of the pixels from being mixed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the in-cell touch liquid crystal display device is able to reduce the necessary mask for manufacturing a TFT array substrate and to reduce time and costs for manufacturing. The in-cell touch liquid crystal display device comprises: a thin film transistor (TFT); a drain contact unit; a first protective layer and a second protective layer; a common electrode; a third protective layer; a conductive line; a pixel electrode; and a bridge contact unit.
