The invention relates to a molding device (10) including a cavity (22) for molding an element consisting of a plastic material, injection means (16) for injecting plastic material (38) into the cavity (22), and means (24, 28) for discharging the gases contained in the cavity (22). The means (24, 28) for discharging gas include a discharge channel (24) that leads into the cavity and means (28) for closing the channel (24) capable of alternatively assuming a channel opening-configuration and a channel-closing configuration. The device (10) includes means (36) for driving the means (28) for closing the channel (24) according to the progression of the material in the cavity (22), the driving means (36) enabling the means (28) for closing the channel (24) to switch into their channel-closing configuration before contacting the plastic material (38). The device (10) comprises means (34) for feeding gas into the cavity (22), wherein the feeding means (34) are connected to the discharge channel (24). |
