<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent recording to a recording material from being interrupted during recording while eliminating necessity of recording after the interruption of re-recording caused by going-out of a battery, in a digital image recording system by a direct printing technique or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When the residual quantity of a printer battery 121 is lowered less than the residual quantity of the battery capable of completing the recording on the next sheet of a recording paper P, a digital camera 302 holds a recording job of unperformed digital image data B as unperformed job information. When the electric power of an inkjet recording apparatus 50 is recovered to a condition that the recording on a sheet of the recording paper P can be completed, the digital camera 302 performs an unperformed recording job based on the unperformed job information when there exists an unperformed job information held by itself.
