<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipoint VC session and an integrated delivery architecture of bidirectional broadcasting system. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a server, one or more video access points, reflectors and client equipments. The system which delivers a VC session task over components decreases any bottleneck effect generated from rooting a A/V signal by sending the VC session using a signal center controling pont. The server performs as a ticket agent and is composed as to issue and collect specific tickets of broadcast and VC session by using a session booking module.
