The present invention relates to an image sensor communication system between an LED and a rolling shutter camera by using multi-frequency phase shift capable of effectively performing image sensor communication even when the frame speed of the rolling shutter camera changes. The present invention comprises: a pack dividing unit for dividing inputted transmission data into multiple identical packets; a start frame (SF) insertion unit for inserting the SF into each of the divided data packets; an ID insertion unit for inserting ID of LED into each of the data packets where the SF is inserted; a clock signal generating unit for generating clock signals; an asynchronous symbol inserting unit for inserting asynchronous symbols into the data packets, where the SF and ID are inserted, according to the clock signals; a data coding unit including multi-frequency phase shift coding unit for allocating frequencies corresponding to each of the data packets by using a predetermined multi-frequency phase shift coding table; at least one LED on or off depending on the allocated frequency corresponding to the data packet received by the data coding unit; the multi-frequency phase shift coding unit for extracting data packets corresponding to the allocated frequency by using the multi-frequency phase shift coding table from the on or off images captured by the image sensor, as an image sensor for capturing on or off images of the LED in a rolling shutter manner; and the rolling shutter camera including a transmission data extracting unit for extracting transmission data from the extracted data packets. |
