The present invention relates to a device for adjusting an inclination angle of a front surface of a steel form for manufacturing an underground road side wall. The device for adjusting an inclination angle of a front surface of a steel form comprises: a base having a fixing installation unit on the front surface; a side plate unit individually arranged on both sides of the front surface of the base to be individually located on both sides of the fixing installation unit; a rail having an insertion hole in the longitudinal direction by being individually installed on the front surface of the side plate unit; and an inclination unit adjusting unit. The inclination unit adjusting unit comprises: multiple support bars connected to the front of the rail by being connected to the insertion groove of the rail by sliding through a slide connection unit; a pushing member arranged on the rear surface in the support bar and fixed onto the inner side of the side plate unit; and an angle adjusting fixing unit adjusting an installation angle of the pushing member, wherein one side is individually connected to the support bar and the other side is individually linked to the pushing member. The device for adjusting an inclination angle of a front surface of a steel form can control the inclination angle of the front surface formed on the front surface of a side wall.
