The present invention relates to an apparatus for coating the inside of a stent and, more particularly, to an apparatus for facilitating the inside coating of the stent capable of uniformly coating the entire inner surface of a stent even if the stent has a small diameter. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an upper zig unit having a first through-hole formed therein; a lower zig unit coupled to a lower part of the upper zig unit, having a second through-hole which communicates with the first through-hole in the inside thereof wherein the second through-hole has a hollow type stent mounted thereon; and a coating spraying unit coupled to the upper zig unit to spray a coating liquid to the inside of the stent having the second through-hole inserted therein wherein a diameter of the second through-hole is larger than that of the first through-hole and the diameter of the first through-hole is equal to or smaller than an internal diameter of the stent mounted on the second through-hole.
