The present invention relates to a delivery service method based on a taxi and to a device and a system using the same, wherein a parcel can be received by visiting based on a taxi. The delivery service method based on a taxi according to the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing an integrated server to receive delivery data including a request for the reception of an item by visiting and the position information of the reception point of the item from a user terminal; allowing the integrated server to search for a taxi present within a preset critical distance from the reception point of the item; allowing the integrated server to determine whether or not there is a passenger in the retrieved taxi; allowing the integrated server to calculate the discount amount of the taxi fare of the passenger based on data relating to the reception point of the item, the boarding point of the passenger and the destination of the passenger if it is determined that there is a passenger in the determination step; and allowing the integrated server to transmit the delivery data including the position information of the reception point of the item and data relating to the discount amount to a taxi driver terminal.
