This operability control method for a vehicle device is provided with measurement processing (step S100), calculation processing (step S200), area parameter determination processing (step S400), and reaction force parameter determination processing (step S500). In measurement processing, when a user is operating the vehicle device, a measurement unit measures objective factors having correlation with subjective factors which have an effect on operability. In calculation processing, a calculation unit calculates an evaluation value for operability on the basis of the objective factors measured by the measurement unit. In area parameter determination processing, a control unit controls an area parameter on the basis of the evaluation value calculated by the calculation unit. In reaction force parameter determination processing, the control unit controls a reaction force parameter on the basis of the evaluation value calculated by the calculation unit. As a result, it is possible to objectively evaluate the operability of the vehicle device perceived by the user. In addition, it is possible to control the operability of the vehicle device on the basis of the evaluation results. |
