PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacrylonitrile-based polymer solution having suppressed heat deterioration and generation of gel for manufacturing a carbon fiber less in defect, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for adding at least one kind of acid or an antioxidant of 0.1 to 5 pts.mass to a spinning raw material of a polyacrylonitrile-based polymer solution which suppress absorbance at wavelength of 350 nm to 0.25 or less. Further a heat dissolving treatment of a spinning raw liquid is conducted under nitrogen atmosphere after adding the acid or the antioxidant.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
