PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside handle device of a vehicle, which can reduce costs.SOLUTION: In an inside handle device of a vehicle, an operating handle 2 and a lock knob 3 for selecting the state of permitting or inhibiting a latch release operation by the operating handle 2 are rotatably connected to a handle case 1.
