PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when bread is made using low amylose rice, fluffy bread can hardly be made.SOLUTION: An automatic bread maker includes a container 23, heating means 26, agitation means 24, temperature detection means 27, control means 29 for automatically performing agitation, fermentation, and calcination of a material to be cooked by executing drive control of the heating means and the agitation means based on the temperature of the material to be cooked detected by the temperature detection means, and an operation part 28. The control means executes control so as to differentiate a control condition for a fermentation process at the time when low amylose rice is used, and a control condition for a fermentation process at the time when medium amylose rice or high amylose rice is used based on an operation condition set by the operation part so that both when a user uses low amylose rice, and when at least one of medium amylose rice and high amylose rice is used, fluffy bread can be made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
