The present invention relates to a health supplement food and, more specifically, to a health supplement food prepared by mixing dried powders, the health supplement food containing, on the basis of the solid content in the overall dried powders, 5-15 wt% of black beans, 5-15 wt% of black sesame seeds, 5-15 wt% of corn, 5-15 wt% of adlay, 5-15 wt% of sorghum, 5-15 wt% of mulberry leaves, 5-15 wt% of mulberry fruits, 7-20 wt% of Polygonum multiflorum, 5-15 wt% of dandelion, 1-10 wt% of licorice, 2-15 wt% of kelp, and 5-15 wt% of cactus. The health supplement food can exhibit effects of promotion of hair growth, mitigation and alleviation of hair loss, regulation of blood glucose, or alleviation and relief of gastric disorder symptoms. |
