PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable air-conditioning control to be performed in compliance with the latent desire of an inhabitant.SOLUTION: An action determination section 106 acquires an action, from an action classification storage section 104, corresponding to a thermal image similar to an image of an area, in a thermal image, occupied by a user determined by a human determination section 103 and determines that the user determined by the human determination section 103 takes the action. A sensory temperature estimation section 107 acquires a sensory temperature state, from a sensory temperature classification storage section 105, corresponding to the action determined by the action determination section 106 and estimates that the user determined by the human determination section 103 is in the sensory temperature state. Then, performance of an air-conditioning facility 151 which performs air-conditioning of an object space is controlled on the basis of the sensory temperature state estimated by the sensory temperature estimation section 107.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
