The invention relates to biophysics, in particular, to analysis methods of liquid media in stricture of biological organisms to obtain initial information of organism physical state as a whole. The invention is characterized in that atlas of biological organism condition is created corresponding to geometric, structural and color image parameters both formed and non-formed elements of liquid media, analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of liquid media is carried out prior to static characteristics of liquid media is carried out, while analysis of static characteristics of liquid media is carried out after static characteristics of liquid media is carried out determining degree and form of aggregation of liquid media formed elements, creating archive data, in case there appeared in the archive data characteristics of formed and non-formed elements differ from those in the atlas data, all available information concerning the organism is introduced in the archive data, when storing in the archive data the identical said characteristics of the formed and non-formed elements of liquid media from different organisms in n amount, where n is an any positive integer more than 2, said characteristics of the formed and non-formed elements of liquid media are transferred to the atlas data in accordance with the organism state, which coincide in maximum in selection of the stored archive data and on basis of comparison between the atlas data and the observation data a preliminary conclusion is made of the organism being tested and possible appearance of definite pathologies and on the basis of comparison between the atlas data, the observation data and the archive data a preliminary conclusion is made concerning dynamics of changes in the organism being tested. |
