SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE RESONATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize a high reflection efficiency by arranging alternately a reflection strip using gold having a negative reflection factor as the major component and a reflecting strip using Al having a positive reflecting factor as the major component in a pitch of lambda/4. CONSTITUTION:The surface acoustic wave reflection strip 2 made of a gold thin film having a film thickness of lambda/200 with lambda/8 of wire width and the surface acoustic wave reflecting strip 2 made of an aluminum thin film having a film thickness of lambda/50 similarly are arranged alternately in a pitch of lambda/4 on a crystal substrate 1, where lambda is a wavelength of a surface acoustic wave. Thus, the reflecting wave at both the strips is added and a high reflection efficiency is realized.
