PURPOSE:To fit a lot of polishing works en block in the plural holding holes of a carrier, by providing plural cartridges corresponding to the mutual position of the plural holding holes of the carrier on a 1st jig, and providing plural suction pipes corresponding to this cartridge on a 2nd jig. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure reducing mechanism is operated by superposing so as to insert each suction pipe 13B of a 2nd jig 13 into each bottomed round hole 11b of a 1st jig 11, each one rough working blank 12 is sucked to the tip of each suction pipe 13B. Then the 2nd jig 13 is moved and when the pres sure reducing mechanism is cut off after moving the rough working blank 12 onto the carrier 8 to have to fit, the suction force of the suction pipe 13B is deenergized, each blank 12 sucked to the tip of each suction pipe 13 is respec tively dropped into the holding hole 8A of the carrier 8 and fitted to a specific position in block. |
