PURPOSE:To use a single scramble decoder in common by plural satellite receivers. CONSTITUTION:It is supposed that a satellite channel designated in advance so as to necessitate a scramble release processing is selected by a changeover switch 17 provided in one satellite receiver 13 connected to a scramble decoder 16 in plural satellite receivers 13, 15. As a result, the own channel selection output is supplied to the scramble decoder 16, and when a satellite channel designated in advance so as not to necessitate the scramble release processing is selected, a channel selection output sent out of the other satellite receiver 15 is supplied to the scramble decoder 16, by which plural satellite receivers 13, 15 use a single scramble decoder 16 in common.
