Device comprises in the arrangement one after another progre ssively drying/ pre-heating furnace, first reducing furnace for p re-reducing and the second reducing furnace for final reducing, w hen each of the said furnaces uses percolating turbulent bed and it is always interconnected with the affiliated turbulent duster, whilst each of the said furnaces is in conical shape, which is r egularly extended to the top, by which there is substantially red uced elutriation of the fine particles and also increased the eff ect of the reducing process concurrently with the improved use of the reducing gas.
