PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of hardware by constituting a loop-like optical buffer means of respectively plural optical couplers and fiber delay lines, so as to obtain delay output different by the number of the optical couplers and to simultaneously turn plural optical signals by the timing adjustment of input optical signals to simultaneously and execute plural delay control in parallel. SOLUTION: When a cell F is inputted to a buffer 30-0 at a time (t), a waiting buffer means 34-10 selects a delay line by an 1×M optical switch 34-1 and connects it. A 2×2 optical coupler 32-0 branches a cell signal to make one of them to advance to a cell selecting means and the other to turn around a loop buffer to advance to 1×2 optical couples to turn, while repeating branching. An optical cell signal branched by a 1×2 optical couplers 33-1, 2 and 3 is outputted from a loop buffer 36-0 with the timing of times t1 , t2 and t3 . In order to prevent the generation of collision between newly inputted optical cell signals G and F at this time, the delay line part 34-2 of a waiting buffer means 34-0 delays a prescribed quantity of the signal G. |
