<p>The invention relates to an implant for osteosynthesis comprising a plate-like base body (1) encompassing an upper side (2) and a lower side (3) for contact with the bone. The lower side (3) of the implant has two extensions (4) specifically designed for bone implantation, having an outer surface (5) with a retaining structure (9). The entire implant is made of resorption material. The inventive implant enables easy and reliable joining of bone portions which are to be fastened. Once osteosynthesis is successfully conducted, no explantation is required.</p> |
