Method for making polymer-composite insulating onlay for insulated rail butt joint through soaking of continuous glass-fiber with unsaturated polyester binding agent with catalyst, with placing the glass fiber to mould with following polymerization. To increase strength of the onlay one uses as continuous glass-fiber roving, this after soaking with binding agent is winded to measuring drum. After that the soaked roving is divided into measured portions. The measured portions are placed to mould without cavities, there separator is first applied, with pressing under pressure 0,5-1,5 MPa during 30-50 minutes. |
