FIELD: building, particularly to erect composite pre-stressed reinforced concrete skeleton-type structures adapted to construct public and residential buildings. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves installing columns; retaining the columns and connecting thereof with pre-stressed reinforcement. Columns are retained in pre-stressed state by applying tightening forces to cables in crossing diagonal direction and by following concreting thereof. Then the forces are released. The columns are retained in staggered order to create pre-stressed cells beginning from building corners. ^ EFFECT: reduced metal consumption and increased reliability. ^ 3 dwg
