FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for processing of dough before baking procedure. ^ SUBSTANCE: dough dividing machine has receiving hopper, dividing drum incorporating drive piston, mechanism for adjusting weight of dough portion, and cutting plate rigidly connected with receiving hopper. Dough dividing machine has two pivotally connected pneumatic cylinders, one of cylinders being fixed on machine housing and other cylinder being fixed on rotational shaft of dividing drum. Piston stem of other pneumatic cylinder is rigidly connected with drive piston stem. Dividing drum is movable relative to axis of rotation thereof and is spring-loaded to cutting plate surface. Mechanism for adjusting weight of dough portion is made in the form of movable magnetic position sensor mounted on pneumatic cylinder and connected with pneumatic distributor and electronic control unit. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and improved operating parameters of apparatus. ^ 6 dwg |
