<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray-dried powder with improved powder characteristics of fluidity, scattering, and solubility. <P>SOLUTION: This spray-dried powder comprising spray-dried particles containing porous bubbles is obtained by foaming, if desired, drying object undiluted liquid with a concentration of the drying object of 30-60 wt%, and spray-drying at 90-110°C of the drying outlet temperature by a spray drier of a rotary disc type atomizer with a peripheral velocity of a spray table adjusted to 40-60m/s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
