PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the stability of the tension regulation of a warp yarn by guiding the warp yarn sent out from a warp beam by a warp-guiding plate. SOLUTION: Plural supporting brackets 33 are fixed on a supporting beam 21 by fastening screws 34. The supporting brackets 33 support a supporting pipe 16 for supporting a tension roller 13 so as to be freely rotated. A warp- guiding plate 12 is fixed to the supporting bracket 33 by fastening a screw 35. The warp-guiding plate 12 has a warp-guiding face 121 in a circular arc face shape, and a warp yarn T is guided while contacting with the warp-guiding face 121.
