PURPOSE: A floating fish watercourse apparatus is provided, to recycle waste plastics and waste vinyl by using recycled plastics and recycled vinyl. CONSTITUTION: The floating fish watercourse apparatus comprises a separator which is prepared by using recycled plastics and isolates the waste in water; a water gate control apparatus which flows water in irrespective of the change of water level; a control resting place(70) which is connected with the water gate control apparatus and where fish rest; a clapboard which slows down the velocity of water which increases due to the slope of a watercourse(40) and contains a fry net; a watercourse(40) which contains a side stand; and a resting place(50) which places between watercourses and where fish rest.
