CREATION AND TRANSMISSION OF SAFE REPORT ON DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for safely storing user data and creating a user report 68. SOLUTION: The user data are manually or automatically inputted and are transmitted to a service provider via a network 16. The data are stored in a safe database 38 operating inside a processing space 34 not allowing direct access from a user. The user data are extracted from the safe database 38 on the basis of a predetermined repot template 70 and are exported from the safe processing space 34 to create the user report 68. By combining a data file 66 with the report template 70, the report 68 is formed inside a second processing space 36. Thereafter, the report 68 can be automatically transmitted to the user or allows the access of the user via the network 16.
