GRANULAR STRUCTURE AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsular structure in which a core is encapsulated in a high density and the selection of the core material is less restricted by using PHA(polyhydroxyalkanoate) which has various functional properties and gives little load to environment and to living being. SOLUTION: This granular structure is obtained by coating at least to a part of surface of a granule with a polyhydroxyalkanoate having at least one monomer unit selected from among a 3-hydroxypropionic acid unit, a 3-hydroxy- n-butyric acid unit and a 3-hydroxy-n-valeric acid unit.
