PURPOSE: A painting pretreatment apparatus using laser and its process are provided, to remove the impurities on the surface of a steel material(10) and to improve the adhesive strength of painting by forming an uneven surface. CONSTITUTION: The painting pretreatment apparatus comprises a laser power(20); a laser gun(40) radiating a laser beam supplied at a laser output controller(30); and a transfer truck(50) for transferring the laser gun to the working place, wherein a protection gas supplier(60) for supplying a protection gas, a collector(70) for collecting the molten metal vapor and particle generated in melting and a iron powder filter device(80) are built in the laser gun(40). Preferably the protection gas is selected from the group consisting of argon, helium, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. |
