PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment display method which, at the time of reproduction of a content which can be divided into time-series sections, adjusts the amount of comments displayed in accordance with a time interval of the section being reproduced from among comments inputted for the content being reproduced.

SOLUTION: The content interlocked comment display method comprises the steps of: retrieving comments allocated to a reproduction section of a content being reproduced from comment database having stored therein comments allocated to individual sections of the content; selecting, from among the retrieved comments, comments in an amount to be capable of being displayed during a time interval of the reproduction section of the content being reproduced; and displaying the selected comments during the reproduction of the corresponding section.
