<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator simply preventing an influence of a shadow flicker without troublesome arithmetic processing. <P>SOLUTION: Electric power from a solar energy generation panel disposed inside a cylindrical container 5 is measured by a proper measuring instrument. When the electric power from the solar energy generation panel exceeds a fixed level, the rotation of blade 4 is stopped to stop the operation of the wind power generator 1 since an influence of the shadow flicker in an area including a house B is predicted. When the operation is stopped, the stop of the operation of the wind power generator 1 is compensated since the electric power exceeding the fixed level can be generated from the solar energy generating panel. On the other hand, when the electric power is not higher than the fixed level, the operation of the wind power generator 1 is continued without stopping the rotation of the blade 4 since no influence of the shadow flicker is predicted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
