PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly perform the purchase of a content and the payment for the price by electronic money.

SOLUTION: An application for managing the download of a predetermined content and an electronic money used for payment for the price when the content is downloaded are stored in a removable medium 12. When the removable medium 12 is inserted to a slot 31, the application is executed by a personal computer 11, and a content selected by a user is downloaded from a content management device 41. The downloaded content is stored in the removable medium 12, and the payment of the price is performed by the electronic money. This invention is applicable to an information processor for downloading contents or a storage medium for storing the downloaded contents.
