A safety cabinet system, a clean bench system, a safety cabinet, and a clean bench are provided to enable an operator who records operation details, to come into contact with the outside without decrease of work efficiency and cross-contamination by using a bidirectional communication device. The safety cabinet(72) for handling test materials at negative pressure is composed of a control unit(100) controlling the display of standard operation procedures indicating standard operation details and work procedures executed in the safety cabinet, or a standard protocol; a display unit displaying the standard operation procedures or standard protocol controlled by the control unit; an input device inputting operation information in the safety cabinet by an operator; and a communication device bidirectionally communicating operation information between an information management device and the safety cabinet. The safety cabinet system comprises the safety cabinet and the information management device connected to the safety cabinet through a communication line and disposed at the place insulated from the safety cabinet.
