A method for producing organic-inorganic photoluminescent composites of the guest-host type based on electricity conducting polymer, which is poly (2-methoxy-5-ethyl-2'-hexyloxy-para-phenylenvinylen), and mesoporous inorganic matrix, which is mesoporous silica with particles size of 0.5-2.0 mum, which have pores of diameter of 3-15 nm. To 0.5-2.0 % solution of poly (2-methoxy-5-ethyl-2'-hexyloxy-para-phenylenvinylen) in low molar organic solvent mesoporous silica is added, which is preliminarily dried in vacuum at 150 DEGREE C during 6 hours, mixed at room temperature during 48 hours, washed with organic solvent, purified by extraction with this solvent and dried in vacuum at 50 DEGREE C.
